Daniel C. Morris

Dan Morris has over 30 years of experience in business and IT operation transformation and management. Dan is a member of the PEX Global Advisory Board, and has served as the former US Practice Director for Business Transformation at Infosys, Capco, TCS and ZS Associates.

Dan has also served as an Executive Consultant with IBM (the highest-level consultant role at that time in Global Services), and as a member of the Forrester Research International BPM Council, board member of the Business Architect Association and the International Association of Business Process Management Professionals.

He is the creator of the ADDI (Architect, Design, Deploy, Improve) BPMS methodology. This is a comprehensive, full business transformation guide that is designed to guide a project manager in the activities that need to be performed to lead a successful business transformation project.

Dan is an international speaker at over 40 conferences. He is the author of five books on Business Transformation and over 70 papers and articles. He is also a columnist for Tech Target and with PEX.

Dan is also one of the co-authors of one the first Business Architect certification test for the Business Architect Association and has served as a key member of the Association of Business Process Management Professionals certification test teams.

In the last 20 years, Dan and his teams have been involved in 4 transformations and over 100 improvement projects. These experiences provide the foundation for the concepts, approaches, and techniques that are discussed in the Business Process Architect track courses.

Keith Leust

Keith Leust is a results-driven business leader with over 30 years of hands-on experience. His career has been split between leadership roles in companies and an executive consultant to Fortune 500 leadership teams. Keith held senior leadership roles including VP Transformation, Chief Human Resources Officer, Senior Director of Business Architect, Head of Motorola University and other executive positions at Prudential, American Express, Motorola, Oracle and global organizations. His consulting work included business strategy and execution, transformation, IT optimization, turnarounds, revenue growth and cost optimization.

As a classically trained engineer with an MBA in Finance, Keith has a pragmatic approach to solving and implementing solutions that drive sustained change. With certifications in multiple change management methodologies, a Black Belt in Six Sigma and an expert in project and portfolio management, he is on the leading edge of driving strategy and its execution. 

Keith is a former board member of Business Architecture Association (BAA), now known as the Business Architecture Guild. He co-authored the first Business Architecture certification exam for the Business Architecture Association, and “The Business Transformation Field Guide” to improve transformation outcomes.

Mike Cindrich

Mike Cindrich has built a successful thirty-year career based on his highly effective leadership philosophy. After earning his wings in 1988, Mike was deployed to fly 22 successful missions during Operation Desert Storm where great leadership skills were critical to the survival of his team. Mike has held the positions of General Manager, National Director, and International Director of Sales with major corporations specializing in advancing technology.

This experience has given him the insight into the potential of professionals to become great leaders in their professional and personal lives to create life-long success. Amy Kinnamon

Amy Kinnamon has more than twenty years of experience in leadership and communication. She holds master’s degrees in organizational leadership and business management. As the current Director of Professional Services for the largest dental manufacturer in the world and holding a previous leadership role at Procter and Gamble she has gained vast experience in creating cohesive cross-functional teams.

Amy has won prestigious awards for her work with communities of rural Appalachia through her  volunteer service as a board member for her hometown homelessness committee and Alumni board member for Shawnee State University. Amy is an international speaker and co-owner of P.U.L.S.E, a company dedicated to creating leaders in every sphere of corporate responsibility.

Ed Burns

Ed Burns’ career has included senior positions as a Vice President with SNC Lavalin, and CEO of a Tier 1 supplier to leading corporations in the EMS sector, such as HP, Cisco, Qualcomm, Nokia etc. Ed spent most of his career with Canadian Pacific Limited (CP), where he created and led the Management Services (MS) group, which became of the largest internal operations performance improvement groups in North America, and has been a Business Analyst at Black and Decker, and an Electronic Engineer with Philips Electronics in Europe. As well as running his own online business, he is currently teaching MBA, IMBA Master of Management and Master of Supply Chain Management programs in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, and Management of Technological Innovation at Schulich School of Business.

He is also teaching Courses in BPM and Change Management at the University of Toronto for experienced managers and professionals. Ed holds an MBA from the University of Manchester Business School and an Honors Degree in Applied Physics from the University of Bradford.
